1. 2. Mobilize all resources of the company to provide 100% satisfactory service for customers, including ordinary customer service operations, product managers, airline managers, branch managers, regional managers, and know the president of the company調(diào)動公司所有資源，為客戶提供100% 的滿意服務(wù)，資源包括普通的客服操作，產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理，航線經(jīng)理，分公司經(jīng)理，區(qū)域經(jīng)理，直到公司總裁。

Qualifications

Desired Skill-Sets and Characteristics 所需技能和特點   

• 2-4 years of customer service experience2-4年客服操作經(jīng)驗  
• 500 air, sea, customs declaration, express delivery and other operations of practical experience 500票空運，海運，報關(guān)，快遞等各種操作的實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗           
• Served more than 30 customers服務(wù)過30個以上的客戶             
• Personal wechat more than 1000 friends 個人微信超過1000客戶好友           
• Proficient in Toutiao, WeChat official account熟練使用頭條號，微信公眾號發(fā)布文章
• Already a blogger on a video platform, accumulating 10000 followers已經(jīng)是視頻平臺的博主，積累了1萬名粉絲           
• Can use Meitu to make industry posters 會使用美圖秀秀制作行業(yè)海報           
• Good at telemarketing, with rich script accumulation 擅長電話銷售，有豐富的話術(shù)積累           
• Be able to visit customers regularly without fear of face-to-face communication with customers. 能夠定期拜訪客戶，不懼與客戶面對面的交流溝通。           
• Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills較強的解決問題、組織和人際交往能力

PERFORMANCE REQUEST

NRC (Net Revenue Contribution) target: the annual NRC target is 160000 yuan in the first year and 240000 yuan in the second year. As long as it reaches 480000 yuan per year and exceeds 50000 yuan for three consecutive months, you can not participate in the company's attendance and work in a completely free state.

NRC(毛利貢獻） 目標，入職第一年NRC 目標是年度16萬元， 入職第二年目標是24萬元。入職第三年目標是36萬， 入職第四年目標是48萬。只要達到年度48萬， 連續(xù)3個月都超過5萬，就可以不參加公司考勤，工作完全處于自由狀態(tài)了
