正常的流程如下；

The normal process is as follows:

1. 注射狂犬疫苗和 貓三聯，獲得“免疫證” 出發前30天注射， 或者是由一年有效期的免疫證

2. 芯片注射。 芯片是必須注射的，注射后，拿著檢疫證，才可以辦理狗證。

3. 預定航班和準備航空箱。

根據所在的城市不同，選擇直飛的航班，這樣寵物不受罪，也不容易出現問題。航空箱盡量選擇質量好的進口箱子，并且注意一定要四面通風，底下有托盤，寵物在箱內能夠自由轉身。劣質的航空箱在長途飛行的過程中可能造成損壞，出現寵物離開航空箱等突發情況。寵物離開航空箱的后果是十分嚴重的，一般來說機場的安保人員在發現后常常會選擇槍殺寵物，以免造成航空災難或者恐怖襲擊。

4. 預約體檢， 拿到“健康證明書”

到海關指定的醫院辦理體檢，提前10天辦理。

5.到海關辦理“動物衛生證書” 和通關單

拿著本人的護照，帶著寵物，帶著寵物證（狗證），1. 健康免疫證 4 健康證明書到指定海關辦理手續，這一步某些海關要求代理報檢，有些海關要求可以自理報檢。

例如在北京，通州海關010-69578036 （土橋）負責處理北京的寵物出境，您可以自己帶著寵物辦理所有的手續，不需要代理公司幫助辦理。 例如在天津，天津河西海關022-84203621負責整個天津的寵物出境， 必須要求代理公司負責報價，不許個人自己報檢。

5. Go to the Customs for "animal health certificate" and customs clearance form

6. 出發前的登機手續。

出發當天提前3-4個小時帶寵物到機場航站樓辦理寵物的登機手續，一定要記得將寵物的所有證明材料，包括1. 動物免疫證、4官方健康證明（動物衛生證書）和通關單等。
